1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Trippy website, mobile applications, and all related services.
• "User" or "you" refers to any individual who accesses or uses our Platform.
• "Booking" refers to a hotel reservation made through our Platform.
• "Hotel Partner" refers to hotels and accommodation providers listed on our Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform and make bookings.
• By using the Platform, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Services

Trippy provides the following services:

• Hotel Search and Comparison: AI-powered search across multiple hotel providers to find the best rates.
• Date Optimization: Analysis of date combinations to identify the cheapest travel dates.
• Multi-City Route Planning: Optimization of multi-city trip routes for maximum savings.
• Hotel Booking: Facilitation of hotel reservations through our Platform.
• Automatic Rebooking: Price monitoring and automatic rebooking when lower rates are found for your confirmed booking.

4. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel Partner.
• Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• A service fee may be charged for bookings made through Trippy. This fee is clearly displayed before you confirm a booking.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless an alternative arrangement is specified.
• We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms.

5. Automatic Rebooking

• By making a booking through Trippy, you consent to our automatic rebooking service.
• If a lower price is found for the same or comparable room, we may cancel and rebook your reservation at the lower rate.
• The price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
• You will be notified of any rebooking via email or notification.
• We ensure that the rebooked room is of the same category or better.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming your booking.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account and making bookings.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to interfere with the Platform's functionality or security.
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and algorithms — is the property of Stayoft Ventures Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Trippy acts as an intermediary between you and Hotel Partners. We are not the provider of accommodation services.
• We are not liable for any issues arising from the hotel's services, including quality of accommodation, amenities, or conduct of hotel staff.
• Our liability is limited to the service fee charged by Trippy for the affected booking.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Disclaimers

• The Platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee that hotel prices will drop after booking. Auto-rebooking savings depend on market conditions.
• While we strive for accuracy, hotel information (descriptions, photos, ratings) is provided by Hotel Partners and may vary.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
